Hike and Picnic with our cousins

Mikayla and Lexi set out on our hiking adventure that lasted all of less than 10 minutes.

The clouds started to gather and by the time we got just a little ways up the trail we began to see big lightning strikes near us.

Picnic at the Park

We all made our way to a park with a covered pavillion for our picnic. Uncle Ty gave Zack and Sam a spin on the playground.

This cedar chest was given to me from my parents upon graduating from High School. I decided to see if I could make it a little more appealing for my entryway with a new coat of paint in an heirloom white and spray painted the hardware a brushed nickel. I love the results.

Fiesta Days Parade Pics

In July the Nelson' came out for an extended vaction. We love having them here from Ohio for a few weeks in the summer. This year we went to the parade in Spanish Fork, stayed at the Westgate Resort in Park City, visited Thanksgiving Point and attended a Buzz baseball game. Fun Times.
